There are NO services after Tonopah, so get your fuel, gas, ice, etc. before leaving town. See Rides section for one departure time that I know so far.
14 May 2008: The ride route and picture route have been posted from our Seven Troughs trip.
11 May 2008: Happy Mother's Day! I have uploaded the pictures from yesterday's ride (Seven Troughs). I hope to get the ride route up in the next day or two.
03 May 2008: I have uploaded the ride routes from the Mina weekend as well as the videos.
29 Apr 2008: I have uploaded the photos from the Mina camping trip. I will get the ride routes and videos posted shortly.
22 Apr 2008: I have uploaded a Google Earth Picture file in the 2008 Rides section (password protected) from our Wild Horse ride. This shows where the pictures were taken along our route--pretty cool. I have a piece of software that synchronizes the time the pictures were taken with our GPS position and then creates a file for Google Earth from that data.
19 Apr 2008: I have uploaded seven videos that Rose took during the Wild Horse ride.
15 Apr 2008: I have uploaded the ride routes from the first two rides. Remember, these are password protected and only paid members have been provided the password. I have made some small additions to the Calendar section.
13 Apr 2008: Pictures from our ride to Wild Horse Canyon (Ride 2) have been posted. We had a very good turnout and had a great time!
10 Apr 2008: Our second ride of the season will be this Saturday. We will meet at the County Fairgrounds by 8:00 am. Some of us will be meeting at Stockman's at 6:30 am for breakfast beforehand. Hope to see you there.
23 Mar 2008: Calendar and Rides pages updated with the complete 2008 ride schedule. A pdf version of the Calendar is also available for printing. Our ride originally scheduled for 22 March was re-scheduled for 29 March due to Easter. See the Calendar page for the time and meeting place. The password for the Rides section is being changed. If you have paid your dues for 2008, then you will be receiving an email with the new password.
23 Feb 2008: Other than the web page, not too much new so far this year. We have one more meeting before the riding starts and that's where we'll finalize the riding schedule. If you want to have a say, then be sure to attend the meeting.

22-26 May 2008: We will be camping at the Hot Creek Ranch over the Memorial Day weekend. If you plan on attending, please let Rose or myself (Dave) know.

26-27 Apr 2008: Our first camping trip of 2008 will be this weekend. Some are going earlier and staying later--it's nice to be retired! We had a great time last year and it should be as much fun this year. Hope to see you there. Yes, that means Pot Lucks again! Here's a note from Crystal about our first one for 2008:
Hi Mina Campers! For our first camping trip of the year, we thought we would do an Italian night Pot Luck for Saturday night for those of you who want to participate in the group thing. We will need: 3 or 4 Main Dishes (Spaghetti, Lasagna etc.) 3 Side Dishes (Salad, etc.) 2 Bread 3 or 4 Desserts I have plans for breakfasts on Saturday and Sunday. We are planning on Bacon/Sausage, eggs & hashbrowns on Saturday. Waffles & bacon or sausage on Sunday. If you want to help with this, please let me know. Please give me a call at 423-4343 (work) or 423-5323 (home) to let me know what you will be bringing. Crystal
